Shipping policy
All products purchased through the cfiphoto.com website are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre and shipped with a tracking code (depending on value: less than 35 Euro is usually standard post / registered post). As soon as the order is shipped, the tracking code if applicable will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase to enable you to check the delivery status of your order at any time.
Free Shipments are available from time to time and you will be advised of shipping costs at the checkout.
Shipping Times
Orders with immediate product availability will be processed within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). These are the shipping criteria:
- For in stock orders placed on weekdays and excluding holidays, before 12:00 the shipment is guaranteed to leave the same day except in cases of force majeure.
- For in stock orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays and excluding holidays, shipping will start on the next working day.
- For in stock orders placed on weekends or during holidays, the order will be processed and shipped on the next working day
Delivery times may vary according to destination country but we make every effort to ensure your order is with you between 1 and 7 working days. Due to Covid-19, these times are not guaranteed.
CFIphoto.com undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the products to its buyers in the shortest possible time. We guarantee the integrity of the shipment without additional costs: in the event your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction, please write to us at sales@cfiphoto.com attaching photos of the package and the damaged product and we will arrange delivery of a replacement product. Damaged orders must be informed within 48 hours of arrival, please keep the box and product safe as they may will have to be shipped back to cfiphoto.com.
In the event of a dispute for non-delivery, the courier’s proof of delivery is proof of delivery.
Out of Stock items and Special Shipping Requirements
In the case of orders of multiple products, if not all items are available, your order will ship with the products available at time of purchase with the remainder of your order to ship at a later date. We may contact you and advise to ship it all together if there is a short delay for the remaining item.
